To safeguard confidential client information, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user credentials and for not sharing your password with any other person. You hereby release and hold MTC harmless from any adverse consequences resulting from failure to keep your password secure. You should promptly notify MTC if you believe your login credentials have been lost, compromised, or used without authorization.
