Raquel joined Members Trust Company in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of investment operations experience across brokerage, trust, and asset management environments. Prior to joining Members Trust Company, she served as an Investment Operations Manager with USAA Investment Management Company, where she led highly regulated operational teams and supported complex investment platforms.

Raquel's experience includes leadership of Incoming and Outgoing Investment Transfers and New Accounts Teams within a Transfers Center of Excellence, overseeing processes regulated by FINRA and SEC. She served as a subject matter expert on key initiatives, including Cost Basis implementation, Brokerage Fully Disclosed model, and Mutual Fund platform enhancements.

Raquel previously held FINRA Series 99 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses and currently holds multiple professional certifications, including a Certificate in Asset Management, Certificate in Fiduciary Principles and Ethics, Certificate in Fiduciary Relationship Management, and the ABA Certificate in Trust Administration.
